Safeguarding

The Chair and Inquiry team have a responsibility to keep people safe. This means that there may be times when the Inquiry must take protective action. If we believe that a child or adult is at risk of harm, we may need to share information with agencies like social care or the police. We would never do so without telling you, unless to do so places you or someone else at greater risk of harm. You can also find our privacy notice on our website.
