April 2026: The Inquiry published its Phase 1 report on 13 April 2026 at Liverpool Town Hall. The report can be found here. Phase 2 began immediately following this.
Details for applications for Core Participant status for Phase 2 and proposed hearing dates will be published on this website in due course.
February 2026: The Inquiry will publish the Phase 1 report at midday on 13 April 2026. A publication event will take place on that date at Liverpool Town Hall.
